摘要 本文回顧了2016年上半年鈦白粉市場和價格的變化,認為下半年市場漲價的預期越來越小,價格或將回落,但回落的空間也會保持在理性的價格內,出現如去年那樣低于大多生產商的成本價的情況的幾率已然很小。

摘  要: TiAl 金屬間化合物具有低密度、高彈性模量、高比強度、良好的抗高溫蠕變和抗高溫氧化性能,被認為是最具潛力的高溫結構材料,在航空航天及汽車發動機領域具有廣闊的應用前景,特別是經定向凝固得到的TiAl合金在綜合機械性能上可得到良好的配合。然而,TiAl合金熔體具有高的化學活性,會與所有已知的耐火材料發生反應,限制了其定向凝固鑄件的生產和應用。本文首先回顧了TiAl合金的熔煉技術,然后對TiAl合金精密鑄造及定向凝固用耐火材料的研究現狀進行了總結,在此基礎之上提出了一種新型的TiAl合金定向精鑄用BaZrO3 耐火材料,并對其今后的發展作出了展望。

Development of refractories used in investment casting and directional solidification of TiAl alloys

Abstract: Because of the low density, high Young’s modulus, high specific strength and good oxidation resistance and creep resistance at elevated temperatures, TiAl alloys have been extensively studied and considered as potential high temperature structural materials for the aerospace and automotive industries. Especially the directional solidified TiAl alloys can get a good balance of mechanical properties. However, the high reactivity between the molten alloys and the commercial ceramic crucible materials has prevented the future application. In this paper, a brief history of melting technology of TiAl alloys is reviewed and then a summary about the development of refractories used in precision casting and directional solidification of TiAl alloys is presented. Furthermore a new BaZrO3 refractory used in directional solidification is mentioned, its future direction is also discussed.

4、Zr-4 合金管材軋制折疊形成理論模型研究

摘要:本文利用電鏡對Zr-4成品管材ΦD1×T1和Zr-4管坯ΦD2×T2內表面缺陷形貌以及成品管材ΦD1×T1缺陷掰開面進行觀察,并建立了Zr-4成品管材ΦD1×T1折疊形成的假設模型。結果表明:Zr-4成品ΦD1×T1管材內表面缺陷為折疊缺陷。Zr-4管坯ΦD2×T2內表面存在缺陷,在后續的軋制過程中會產生折疊。建立的Zr-4合金管材折疊模型與試驗結果一致,可對生產具有一定指導作用。

Modeling of the fold on Zr-4 alloy tube in the rolling

Abstract:In this paper, the flaw inside of the Zr-4 alloy tube (ΦD1×T1和ΦD2×T2) and flaw surface was also researched by SE. The results show that the flaw inside surface of the Zr-4 tube is fold. The model which is built for fold in the rolling is as the same as the practice result, and is also an effective tool to guide for the industrial production

5、渦流雙頻檢測技術在鋯管生產中的應用

摘 要:通過理論分析,結合現場生產實際情況,進行了渦流雙頻檢測參數的確定,介紹了渦流雙頻檢測 技術在核用鋯合金管材生產中的實際應用,進一步驗證了渦流雙頻檢測技術在核用鋯合金管材質量檢驗中 的實用性和重要性。

Through   theoretical   analysis,   in   combination   with   the   practical   situation   of   the production, the determination of the dual-frequency eddy current testing parameters, this paper introduces the dual-frequency eddy current testing technology in the practical application of produce zirconium alloy tubing for nuclear, further verify the dual-frequency eddy current testing technology in nuclear with zirconium alloy    tubing practicability and the importance of quality inspection.

6、氧化鉿廢料堿熔工藝研究

摘要:  以氫氧化鉀、氫氧化鈉和氫氧化鋰為分解劑對氧化鉿靶材廢料進行了堿分解的對比實驗。結果表明:, 反應溫度在500℃~800℃范圍內,分解劑與氧化鉿摩爾的比3:1,反應時間2h, 氧化鉿粒度38~45 μm時,選擇KOH為堿分解劑時,氧化鉿的分解率明顯高于選用其他兩種分解劑時的分解率,因此選擇氫氧化鉀為分解劑進行氧化鉿靶材廢料的堿分解實驗。實驗研究了反應溫度、配比、原料粒度和反應時間等因素對氧化鉿分解率的影響。結果表明:提高反應溫度、物料配比、反應時間和減小原料粒徑均能提高氧化鉿的分解率,在溫度為800℃,氫氧化鉀與氧化鉿的摩爾比為2.7:1.0,原料粒度45~53 μm,反應時間為2 h的實驗條件下,氧化鉿的分解率可達到96%以上。研究配比對產物影響表明:當KOH/HfO2摩爾比為3:1,高于理論值(2:1)時,發生反應:HfO2+2KOH= K2HfO3;KOH/HfO2摩爾比為1:1時,在反應的初始階段,氫氧化鉀與氧化鉿反應生成K2HfO3,K2HfO3包裹在顆粒表面與氧化鉿繼續發生反應:K2HfO3+ HfO2= K2Hf2O5,生成K2Hf2O5。

Decompositon Process of Hafnia Scrap via Alkali Fusing

Abstract: The contrast experiment of alkali decomposition for HfO2 scrap was performed with KOH, NaOH and LiOH as decomposition agent under the same conditions. The results showed that when selecting KOH as decomposition agent, the decomposition rate of hafnium oxide was significantly higher than other two kinds of decomposition agent with the condition that molar ratio of alkali to hafnia of 3:1, particle size 38~45 μm within the scope of reaction temperature 500~800℃ for 2 h . Consequently, potassium hydroxide was selected as the decomposition agent. The effects of reaction temperature, mole ratio of alkali to hafnium oxide, particle size and alkali fusion time on the decomposition of hafnium oxide were primarily investigated in this study. The investigation showed that decomposition rate of hafnia increased with the reaction temperature, mole ratio of alkali to hafnium oxide, alkali fusion time increasing and the particle size decreasing , the decomposition rate was over 96% with the condition that KOH/HfO2 molar ratio of 2.7:1.0, particle size of hafnia of 45~53 μm at 800℃ for 2 h. The study of effects of molar ratio (KOH/HfO2) on decomposition rate showed that when KOH/HfO2 molar ratio was 3:1 higher than the theoretical value (2:1) to generate: HfO2+2KOH= K2HfO3; when the KOH/HfO2 molar ratio was 1:1,, in the initial stage of reaction, the reaction of potassium hydroxide and hafnia generated K2HfO3, which was wrapped in particle surface, and then reacted with hafnia to generate K2Hf2O5: K2HfO3+ HfO2= K2Hf2O5
